Being one of the older developments in Subang, Subang Suria is fully occupied, with all the units on sale usually being partially furnished. Buyers can usually expect their units to be installed with additional safety grills, while some of the more expensive units already have air-conditioners and water heaters installed. Built-in kitchen cabinets are also the norm, while some also have gas stoves or hoods and hobs.
Subang Suria is rather well provided with facilities. The children have a rather well maintained playground to play in, while the adults will enjoy the jogging track and the badminton court. As the majority of the residents are Malay, the on site surau is also much welcomed. Security is ensured within this gated and guarded area, with the 24-hour security. Each unit is also allocated 1 parking lot.
Subang Suria is located in a rather well established area, and as such have access to many necessities. Within walking distance of the apartment are many eateries and shops, while the major shopping malls such as Subang Parade and Empire Shopping Gallery are within a 25 minutes drive while the local hypermarkets are The Store, Mydin and Econsave. There are also several schools in the vicinity that serves the area.
Subang Suria is rather well located, with easy connectivity to several major trunk roads such as Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang Baru and Jalan Sungai Buloh. Access to major highways such as the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and the Guthrie Corridor Highway is also rather convenient. Getting public transportation is also easy as there is a RapidKL bus stop within walking distance of the apartment.

Subang Suria is what a city dweller considers as an apartment located in the outskirts of the city, however thanks to a good connection of roads, it is very well connected. Traffic within the residential area itself is smooth at all times, however the major access roads such as Jalan Sungai Buloh and Jalan Subang Perdana can get congested during peak hours.Although it is a medium low cost apartment, Subang Suria does not exude the sense of the certain stigma associated with low cost residential areas. This is perhaps due to the fact that it is located in a very much middle cost and upper middle cost homes vicinity, neighbouring neighbourhoods such as Subang Bestari. The environment is also rather peaceful due to the rather natural surroundings.
Subang Suria was never considered as a good long term investment, as it is a leasehold property which naturally the price declines closer to the lease expiry date; as such, asking prices have declined noticeably since 2013. It is however a good place to rent out to families where the working adults works in the area, and is also a good first home for those who work in the area and are looking for a decent home on a budget.
